- 选了哪个功能，例如去阴影或去印章。
- 文件是图片还是 PDF，大约多大。除非必须让我们看那一页，否则不要附上含机密内容的原件。
- 页面上的报错原文。
要求删除上传文件
体验页的上传只作为临时会话，用来生成清理结果。服务器只保留有限数量的最近会话，更早的会在后续处理时自动删除。若你希望我们尽快处理某一次上传，请在邮件里写上大约的上传时间，以及是图片还是 PDF。没有登录账号时，我们无法按姓名检索文件。
邮件处理不了的事

What to include
- The page you opened, such as the home page, the demo, or a guide.
- Which tool you selected, for example deshadow or remove seal.
- Whether the file was an image or a PDF, and roughly how large. Do not attach a confidential original unless we need to see that page.
- The error text shown on the page.
Asking us to delete an upload
Demo uploads are temporary sessions used to produce a cleanup result. The server keeps only a limited number of recent sessions and deletes older ones when later jobs run. If you want a specific upload removed sooner, email the approximate time and whether it was an image or a PDF. Without an account, we cannot look a file up by a person's name.
What email cannot do
There is no phone support, and deletion requests are not handled through social accounts. Whether an ad appears, and how to turn off personalized ads, is controlled by Google. Use the ads settings link in the privacy policy.
