支持哪些文件？
PNG、JPG、WEBP、TIF 和 PDF。超过上限时页面会提示，默认是 40MB。细节见上传的文件放在哪。
为什么打不开示例或上传失败？
体验页要连上 api.pdfclean.cc。请用 https://app.pdfclean.cc/try/ 打开。若提示未授权或连不上，多半是站点配置问题，不是你的文件坏了。把页面上的报错原文发给 keepegger@gmail.com。
处理完字变淡或少了笔画？
清理会把接近背景的浅色一起减弱。只想去麻点就用降噪或去斑点，不要用去背景。黑边裁掉了字就不要用去黑边。保留原图。
和桌面版、手机版有什么差别？
网页用来试看单页。批量、离线和完整工具在客户端里。安装包公布之前，网站不放空的下载按钮。
为什么有时看不到广告？
广告位只在 Google 实际返回广告时显示。没有填充，或网络访问不了 Google 广告域名时，页面不留空框。这不影响清理。
你们会保存我的文件吗？
会暂时放在服务器的会话目录里，用于生成结果，并自动删除较早的会话。见上传说明和隐私政策。
怎么切换中文和英文？
页眉的 EN / 中文 按钮。选择记在这台浏览器里，换页后仍然有效。

Which files are supported?
PNG, JPG, WEBP, TIF, and PDF. Over the limit, the page shows an error. The default limit is 40MB. See where uploads go.
Why do samples or uploads fail?
The demo has to reach api.pdfclean.cc. Open https://app.pdfclean.cc/try/. An unauthorized or network error is usually a site configuration problem, not a broken file. Send the error text on the page to keepegger@gmail.com.
Why did text fade or lose strokes?
Cleanup also weakens light pixels that look like the background. For grain only, use denoise or despeckle, not remove background. If crop border cut off letters, do not use crop border. Keep the original.
How is this different from the desktop or mobile app?
The website tries one page. Batch work, offline use, and the full toolkit are in the apps. Until installers are published, the site does not show empty download buttons.
Why are there sometimes no ads?
An ad slot appears only when Google actually returns an ad. If nothing is filled, or the network cannot reach Google's ad domains, the page leaves no empty box. Cleanup does not depend on ads.
Do you keep my files?
They stay in a server session long enough to produce the result. Older sessions are deleted automatically. See the upload note and the privacy policy.
How do I switch language?
Use the EN / 中文 button in the header. The choice is stored in this browser and follows you to the next page.
